Please be advised that Potech USA does not appoint sole or exclusive distributorships within a country. It is our policy to permit any interested party to distribute our products as long as they are approved by Potech USA and meet certain minimum criteria. In addition, we also license interested parties to become dealers for Potech USA. The requirements for dealership are not as rigorous as for those of our distributorships.
It has come to our attention that certain parties have represented themselves as exclusive distributors for Potech USA, but these are false representations and we will be forced to take corrective action if these representations persist.
